Pros
Great company with excellent attention to the employee and his personal and professional growth. Every year you can do up to three courses to improve your personal and technical skills.
When you start to work there you undergo trough a full induction programme on the professional side in order to know every department, on the personal side in order that you always feel confortable with the new environment. For the first three months you have a guardian angel (that's his name!) that follow you in your entering into the company, bring you to take a coffe, eat together or just to have a chat in order to make you feel confortable in the new company.
The pay is also really interesting in compare with the rest of the italian companies right now!
You also have benefits such as 40% discount buying their products, discount on some gyms and a card to eat for free (5 euros) in a cafeteria close to the company!
Cons
- Even if you have to work 8 hours per day, almost everyone "morally have to stay" one or 2 hours more but the company pay you just few money more not depending on how many hours more you do.
- Sometimes can be stressful when different department only think in their own work without communicate too much with others department but I think that in every big company, problems such this are common.
