Favoritism. Two redundancies in one year, lay off today and hire tomorrow. Some male senior members often make sexual jokes publicly. A place encourages you work outside of working hours for exposure. Exposure is everything, tons of meaningless reports for exposure. Poor people management process: your performance might be discussed by your team in a group chat that doesn’t involve you. “Manager” title but no managing skill. Working beyond your scope is not appreciated but taken for granted. Office in middle of nowhere and 5 days in.
