Pros
it was a close commute and only took took years of pestering to get the Employee WIFI working. I think new hires walked out and the failure of the promised wifi was just a broken promise that fed the walk-outs. WIFI is up now though. You're welcome.
Cons
The supervisors have zero people skills, and treat operators like crap. My supervisors lied to me, threatened me, mocked me, and generally gave me a splitting headache. A Team Lead threatened to assault me, fist clenched. He got promoted. Another Team Lead smoked pot in the plant right in my face, a little power flex. "Always hiring" means can't retain workers. Does offer a 401K though...
