      Pros

      Only 3 dockworkers on my shift and the work is not hard. Just transferring pallets from incoming trucks to outgoing trailers all night with a sit down forklift.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
