      no training, call center environment, poor management and team leads, everyone is listed as senior, rude employees who appear not to be doing much

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
