Pros

Great co-workers and work environment! This company has young owners that try to think out of the box. Because of that you can advance if you apply yourself and keep the line of communication open. You can walk right into the owner's office at any time. I found this advantageous to my tenure, communication provided opportunities to work in several different departments that I was not originally considered for. "The squeaky wheel gets the oil," applies to all facets of life. HR was always available and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Good dental coverage!

Cons

Training is lacking depending on what department you're working in. Management and owners do not recognize employee value. Steer clear of the jaded gossipers, you can spot them from a mile away!!! No company contribution to the 401K!

Pros

Great place to learn the medical field. Some of the most amazing engineers and biomedical techs. A lot of wonderful hardworking employees especially in the manufacturing area. To be a part of the process from A to Z it is a really unique experience. The owners are way lay back and don't micro manage at all. Sales Coordinator and Operations Manager are wonderful and know it all.

Cons

Absolutely no training so be ready to figure it out. Way to many turnovers with employees. Most of the current office staff are disgruntle towards their upper management. Many of the office employees would much rather not be helping the customers or each other as a whole company. Some arguing from employees in the office to get what they want from upper Management. Way to much chatting from the cubicle, searching the internet, texting, and especially instant messaging other employees to gossip. Lots of attendance issues and not enough employees which delays the customer service representation. No disciplinary action from Management. Way to much bad mouthing in the office. YIKES!!!!
