This company has came so far from the first day that I started. I can remember my first week. I would go home and ask myself, "Are you sure this is where you want to work?". Back then the "simple thing" wasn't so simple. We didn't recognize our employees for their outstanding performance on a monthly basis. We didn't have metrics that we could hold ANYONE accountable for. At that time it was not an enjoyable environment to work in. THAT WAS THEN!
NOW!!!!! I can say this is the best places I have ever worked! We have one of the best environments and cultures ever created in a call center (music, food-days, daily and monthly recognition). At TEMPOE we don't just say we are a family, our action show that we truly are a FAMILY! It all starts with our president. He makes it his job to learn and know every VP, IT, supervisor and agent. He will stop and have a conversations with you about your life (not work) your LIFE. This same energy is found throughout the company with all leadership. The operation manager goes around everyday to say hello to every agent on the floor and he calls them by name.
Yes, we are a growing company but I am proud to say that I'm apart of this growth and I can't wait to see what new exciting challenges and opportunities await our future.
