You will definitely learn valuable lessons in how NOT to manage a business, people or process. Can't decide whether that's a Pro, a Con or perhaps BOTH? There are some really smart folks here. Unfortunately, the toxic work environment in which they sit everyday is screwing them up, over AND leaving them jaded.
Cons
Total lack of qualified management. No concept of business or marketing plans and goals or how to develop, communicate or implement them. Literally the epitome of a HOT MESS! This company will be out of business by the end of the year, probably should be now! They work you to death. Their parent company CNG Holdings (also own and operate Axcess Financial) apparently decided to stop financing the business, which just 6 months ago couldn't get enough of TEMPOE and now lays off massive amounts of people with a week's worth of severance. Mismanagement at it's finest.
