Pros
- Office space in Dublin is nice - Successful account managers who make money - The tenured Ireland Account Managers are helpful and nice. - Great training material and shadowing in the first week
Cons
HR is based in the U.K., only focuses on the U.K. offices. - Work life balance is bad.. 4 days a week in office.. - No remote working, very strict on 9-5 hours from Monday to Friday - No maternity or Paternity policies in place for permanent Irish employees - Ireland Office open over 5 years with no local HR or leadership in place. - All onboarding and Admin is supported from the U.K. teams. - No local investments into the Dublin office for rewards and achievements - Recently cut commission structures across Ireland - Purposely hold back recruiter promotions for over a year minimum - Female recruiters very unhappy with treatment from English account managers - Very male dominated with senior account managers. No females in account manager positions - Recruiters are paid badly - commission is low on deals and there is a low base salary for Ireland. - No mental health resources of support available
