Pros
-you can meet some fun coworkers -when you do place a consultant they do a good job of recognizing that -paid lunches every now and then -PTO
Cons
-very micromanaged by boss and boss's boss -expected to hit unrealistic numbers of activities per week -will be either forced to quit or put on a performance plan before being forced to quit even if you are hitting activity requirements -tons of unnecessary internal meetings that take up a majority of the morning, when that time could be used to actually recruit -they say work life balance is a huge priority, yet they go out of their way to praise people that work after 5pm -dives way too deep into personal life (for me this was a con) -was not informed of the hourly rate during the 13 week training period BEFORE you get put on salary at the end of training -very cliquey/ favorites played -typically people don't work here for that long, tons of people in and out during my time here if that tells you anything -people I worked with would bad mouth people that left TEK after they did, unprofessional -caught a few higher ups talking bad about one of my coworkers in front of me at one point
