I am now shocked by nothing in the work place. I developed a thick skin to deal with cruel account managers.
Cons
The TEKsystems Radnor Office is racist beyond belief... several account managers handling clients that range from large communications/cable companies based in Philadelphia to large financial firms based in Delaware told me not to bring candidates to their clients that were of specific races and heritages. I was given direct email orders from account managers to base hiring decisions completely on race. My only regret is not saving these emails and sending to the media. It was beyond appalling and they should be ashamed of themselves. One account manager even told me they are looking for a John or a Bob ..... not a Vijay.
