      Pros

      TEKSystems has a large portfolio of sub-par contract vacancies that they fill with sub-par people who are desperate enough to work with TEKSystems. The positive reviews here about TEKSystems come from their recruiters, not their contractors. Highly likely that the recruiters are asked to leave reviews here.

      Cons

      They're absolutely dishonest. I worked three different contracts for TEKSystems in three different places and in all instances I was lied to. False promises were made and and recommendations were made that I later found out were tax evasion. The most dishonest people rise to the top at TEKSystems. If you have any skills, stay away.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn on the job. Able to meet with people in the industry both with TEKsystems and Microsoft. Good hands on experience with an AI data center

      Cons

      Sever lack of work 80% of days. Contract position got let go 3 months ahead of earliest anticipated date. Low overall responsibility within role (most contractors could only work basic tickets. Anything requiring more troubleshooting was reserved for full time employees). TEKsystems management was far removed from what was actually happening day to day onsite. Was led to believe that there would plenty of contract to hire positions when there were only a handful and were already taken.
