Had the opportunity to make a real impact on the community alongside a few people who were truly passionate about making a difference.

Very little respect for marketing from inside station to company-at-large -- our team always blamed when ratings were lower than expected. Station leaders also flirted with conflict of interest by taking meetings with community organizations instead of running hard news stories that focused on them. And the new CEO, who has no background in journalism, tried running the organization like a Temu Elon Musk.
