Pros
Dev manager is a good guy to work for. Hours are flexible. Vacation is good. Health benefits are good for the cost. Co-works were great to work with.
Cons
Top leadership has no idea what they are doing. Maybe they did 20 years ago, but now they simply have no idea what is going on. They have no strategic plan that stays in place for more than 6 months. Departments have no budgets so all expenditures are up to how the CEO is feeling that day. All this and more has caused top talent to leave and not look back.
