Dear Former TEC Employee,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m sorry that your experience at TEC left you with such negative feelings. However, based on the nature of your comments, it seems that quite a bit of time has passed since you were part of the team—likely several years, if not more.
TEC has undergone significant changes over the past few years, including shifts in leadership, structure, and culture. Like any organization, growth can come with challenges, but we’ve worked hard to adapt, improve, and create an environment that supports both our employees and our customers.
While I understand that change isn’t always easy, I assure you that our focus remains on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a positive workplace. Employee retention, performance evaluations, and transparent communication are top priorities for us today. We’ve also made efforts to expand opportunities for employee development and advancement.
We regret that your time with TEC did not reflect the positive direction we are now striving for. Your feedback, though from a past perspective, is valuable and serves as a reminder of where we have come from and what we continue to improve.
