Pros
From my POV, I had an incredible experience when i was working there. Team is always supportive, no matter what you rule is. I cannot lie, it's a fast paced environment and if you don't like it, it's not your place. But here you do have real career opportunities and challenges! Very international and open minded! I would highly recommend it!!
Cons
As i wrote, it's a fast paced environment so if you like a calmer working place, LEWIS is not your place. LEWIS is a real communication agency so you'll never get bored!
