Pros
Fun, smart people who will take the time to explain the sometimes challenging technology of the clients. Great teams and team bonding. It's a tough role, but it's a role that will definitely teach you the skills of multitasking, time management, communication and expose you to some great tech companies.
Cons
Lots of overtime, most unpaid. Account teams need more personnel in order to spread out the workload and make sure people don't burn out.
