Pros

No PROS at ALL .

Cons

There are no incentives for sales . Targets are high and our ctc includes variable pay which is given as incentive. That too you can receive only if thier target is met . Targets are given way high than client requirements. Just for management to be in good books of the client . DONOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT. You barely get leaves if you are sick , even if there is leave balance in your kitty . It has to lapse down . Becuase leaves willl not be approved at all . Assistant manager says -No LEAVES WILL BE APPROVED. And HR SUPPORTS THAT .
