Pros
TDA is the best of all things boutique - friendly, down to earth people who call bull when they see it and operate with common sense. Managers are genuinely invested in your career growth, spend time with you, fantastic exposure to clients for junior team members, and although you can work long hours sometimes, the expectation for work life balance is hard to beat.
They aim for nice clients, fun clients, who buy good work.
Office culture is super fun - the building itself is gorgeous, lots of chill space and co-working space.
Cons
Small shop woes - wearing lots of hats, balancing lots of projects, occasionally lacking operational resources vs bigger shops.
Significant IT problems, can be very frustrating
Can be long hours
Really have to fight for salary increases of any kind, promotions are typically slow and expect to stay in your position for longer than you would at a bigger shop/bigger market
