      good job for college students, decent hours by retail standards, coworkers, small staff, different advancement programs (if management likes you enough to put you in them)

      Cons

      pay, company favorites, lack of advancement, terrible management, exploitation of employees, lies about flexibility, can't trust management or human resources, always understaffed
