Gone is the knowing your community and being the friendly face customers look forward to seeing. Now the focus is just on ridiculous sale goals and pre qual for credit cards. Not enough tellers or platform while management ignores lines and hides in their office. When they do come out they are standing over your shoulder making sure you ask each customer if they want a credit card, even the customers that come in multiple times a day. Too much pressure on the tellers to shoulder all the responsibility.
