Pros
The company is actually called Data Management Inc. (DMI) and they are the makers of TimeClock Plus. I joined them back in 2002 and watched the company grow. The plan to work at DMI was going to be temporary, but one day, a friend approached me and said "you've been with DMI for over 10 years. Some would call that a career." So I started thinking about that. Why am I still here? I've developed skills that I could use elsewhere so I could look around. However, I love the company, and I really appreciate the product we've developed as though it were my own creation. I'm not in upper management, but I've moved around the company and have seen a lot of really good people who love what they do and are proud to be a part of something special and powerful. So the pros of working at DMI: -Very successful company that has over 60,000 customers (still growing) -An extremely fun, very professional, and agile team of experts -Good pay and great benefits (health, school, 401k) -Company does a lot in the community -You learn a lot about technology -You learn a lot about other industries -If you work hard, have a good attitude, and are patient, you can move up -As you move up, or around, they'll challenge you in different ways (make you stronger)
Cons
I honestly can't think of any. The only negative for me has been the environment is so comfortable that sometimes it's easy to get distracted, but that's not the company's fault. You really have to build good habits and DMI is a great place to do that.
