      -low salary -no hmo -no annual increase -slow promotion (very very) -bad management (only works for the higher ups) -lots of OTs, with only 50 pesos meal allowance -no team building or activities -bonuses depend on their earnings per year, wth

      1. Gives you 5 days of leave after a year. 2. Management is responsive in email and messages.

      Cons

      1. Rate is not as competitive as other agency. 2. Since work is project based, there is no benefit.
