      Pros

      Competitive pay, lots of upward mobility, good hours.

      Cons

      High turnover of c-level staff and the office politicking is the worst. Don't trust anyone and never mistake anyone's kindness for friendship, EVERYONE is trying to take you down in order to take your place or get you out of the way.

      It's a stable job with decent pay, which matters most to me. Also, delivery schedules are planned well, and there's good communication with warehouse teams.
