Association with a lot of well informed, well educated and knowledgable group 4. Great company in terms of composite manufacturing and its associated facilities 5. Work hard and you'll get enough opportunity to grow up the ladder soon 6. The combined features - Brand name of TATAs, composite industry, aerospace industry - that gives TAML its value in the industry

1. Unbalanced salary packages among employees (not to mention, the low salary packages) 2. Have to constantly put in more effort than you are supposed to; end up putting more work hours than you are supposed to, almost every week. It only becomes worse as the financial year progresses. 3. Though there are some really good managers within the company, they are clearly overshadowed by some in higher management who are not worth their positions. Some clearly tend to get work done by overworking you while they relish and enjoy their days. 4. Visible politics and a bad HR team
