Pros
Employment selection here isn't just based on experience and expertise, you have to fit into the culture. A culture of trust, enjoyment and openness.
Cons
If I had to "complain" about something... it would be nice to have onsite catering. This is really scraping the barrel. There really isn't much not to like.
