nothing, like absolutely nothing, you might get some good contacts out of it but that's it, literally. And I am writing this while on the job.
Cons
Management is horrible, They micromanage everything,They wants the employee to integrate the position in one week then complain on how little do the employee know about details, They is very quickly influenced by other members of the company, They have no idea on how local business men think, They pushe you to spam clients, and They keeps calling us after working hours, They are very disrespectful , They scream and slam the tables,They talks a lot of crap directly to the employee's face without even knowing it, They made us be their personal translators and assistants, trying to solve their daily personal paperwork issues, They scream and slams stuff when we don't communicate what They want to other people, even tho it's not in our job description. MOST HORRIBLE JOB I HAVE EVER HAD.
