Pros
value values values, the company sticks to there guns on ethics great benefits decent pay
Cons
this was an AMAZING company to start. had a great time seeking promotions and getting to know everyone to stake my claim on a higher position. Once word got out of the AT&T buyout everything changed. it went from "take care of the customer" to "sell them something at all costs". the whole environment shifted from a great place to work where you knew in the end you were doing what was right by the customer to high pressure sales on board a sinking ship. it became very clear in the latter stages of the acquisition that the name of the game became about locking as many customers in to a contract to secure what little bit of debt relief they could. Started as a great opportunity, 6 months later, it took everything I had to take one more call.
