Pros

The company rewards based on performance, so if you work at a good store you can make great commission plus your base pay. It is a pretty easy job, as far as sales go and they don't ask for too much. Great job to have during school or while looking for another job.

Cons

Everything is dependent upon the store you work at. I worked at a corporate location which also happened to be one of the least busy stores. Typically we ended up dealing with more problems than anything. When looking at a potential job opportunity, check out the stores atmosphere and location.
