      Pros

      Great team of people around me where I was able to share thoughts, ideas and if well received, able to execute them with the backing of my leadership team

      Cons

      Difficult for anyone to get traction in the business unless they are determined, ambitious and persistent in there approach. Roles can also be quite ambiguous which I thoroughly enjoyed but understand this isn't for everyone.
