Pros
job itself was easy enough not forced to do overtime, they work with the hours you give you quite well retail is retail, it’s a pretty good job to have during uni or things like that.
Cons
Sexism (male staff will always be put in the men’s floor which is a lot quieter and easier, they won’t even be till trained) Power tripping managers You are made to clock in and start working 5 minutes prior to your shift every time unpaid (obviously isn’t a long time but it does add up), especially unfair when you will not be allowed to leave 1-3 minutes early on a quiet shift just to catch an hourly train Paid the same regardless of workload (you could be on delivery which is really labour intensive, or on fitting rooms which on an average day is just standing around for 4-8 hours)
