Pros
Coworkers were very friendly, good team environment Good for getting started in the retail industry or for first employment just to gain experience
Cons
Had to sign in and out of breaks, would get constant reminders to ensure breaks were not even a minute over the allocated time. This led to some employees, including myself, taking shorter breaks to ensure that we could sign out of breaks in time even if the sign out machine glitched. Was never given shifts longer than 5 hours as a casual as this meant you would be federally required to take a 30 min break. Despite being a casual, I was allocated to work on days I had put as unavailable in the roster more than once. Management only stopped doing it when I said I would not be showing up for any shifts given to me on days I marked as unavailable.
