      Pros

      Big dealership with good features. Parking gets paid for. Some nice people work here and theres a few good colleagues which makes the place alright

      Cons

      Senior management egos. Bad decisions. Some not so nice colleagues. Lots of talking and not much action. We are expected to just get on with it and not question anything or be sacked

      Great organisation - great approach to all colleagues - autonomy to manage your team - department- business with the support if required

      Cons

      Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
