Pros
The kind of work you do here is very varied and technical. A lot of the work is novel in nature and we spend a lot of our time interacting with the IITs and other large labs/organizations across the country.
Cons
The work is very steep and can be stressful. You're expected to do a lot of reading and learning on your own in the background and there is very little hand-holding on how to do the work.
