Pros
The working team are doing the very best they can in highly challenging circumstances e.g. takeovers with lack of process and resource integration and change of contract term. That said, colleagues remain extremely supportive of one another and of customers. The company is surviving on their good and professionalism alone, once that is gone completely, this company will struggle.
Cons
Sadly, it's an 'us and them'. New Management regime. New CEO takes a big consultancy approach, leading to top heavy structure. Where are all the coal face workers? Many redundancies and loss of core knowledge and skills, with many others choosing to walk. Huge resourcing cuts and loading of sales ledger feels like grooming the books for resale. HR management possibly the worst I've ever come across. Projects are no longer fully technically supported. Buggy products. Avoid unless you're a person who enjoys being impossibly challenged in every direction you turn.
