Pros

Systel's management looks at merit based performance and promotes employees based on that. There is flexibility in work hours. Good health insurance and it covers parents also.

Cons

Employees here feel entitled to their jobs without performing, which in turn results in negativity. The management should talk to such employees and put them on either corrective action plan or performance improvement plan.
