      - Friendly environment - Everybody is approachable - Decent salary scale - Excellent training for freshers - Good company to start a carrier

      Cons

      - No work life balance - Push people into pressure due to improper planning - Better talent management - Development not great for seniors - Less people on projects to earn profits - HR needs to hear both sides and not just support management always - Not all projects are great

      the pay for intern is really low i didn't do much there even though i expected that i would learn a lot
