Executive team lost its way entirely Product is getting stale Sales team not able to close new deals Customer Success compensation is poor especially for those doing the work of the sales team also. Customer Success management also held back successful people from growing Customer Success management significantly degraded and became driven by useless metrics instead of actual delivered value Work became a slog, management had "no clothes" Punishments started being announced to the entire team instead of having discussions with problematic individual contributors.
