Dont know where to start, I was so excited when I joined a few months ago and now I am looking out aggressively. This place is not the place that it's marketing team advertises. The leadership or middle management thinks they are aways right. Not the right people in those places. After 4-5 months of working I was frustrated so much that I dread every time I wake up to go to work. Technical eads are not technically sound and always put down new engineers ideas or steal them and present them to upper management and take credit for it. This happens all the time.
