Pros

Exposure to latest technologies. Leads and colleagues are approachable. Decent pay.

Cons

*Management is crooked *Not concerned about employee welfare *Talks about culture and process 24x7 but zero concern about employees. *Gives false promises, won't stick to decisons. *Delayed bonuses and appraisal *People in notice period get disrespected by the top management. *OB team acts as a spokesperson for CEO, doesn't add value to employees life anyway, and also not approachable.
