      This company is great for early career growth. I have recieved so much support as an intern and they also don't hire too many, which makes it easier to stand out!

      Cons

      Limited benefits for interns, PTO is not specifically included, but instead salary is augmented to accommodate days off.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
