Pros
It's rock solid company and has revenue confirmed for next four years due to prorated license model. You can always bet on it during downtime. Good top management (>VP level) but okay people in the lower hierarchies.
Cons
As someone already mentioned, replace HR. They are no good and haven't seen any new good company policy came in last few years. The managers need to be leaders, they are just paper tigers.
