Biggest problem is lack of vision. We don't really know the company direction or strategy. On top of that the reputation for being cutthroat is warranted. Hard to know who to trust. Basics like getting information from HR is a nightmare -- no one really wants to help, just want to close the case in as little time as possible. Countless forms. Confusing benefits. Burdensome bureaucracy.
