Pros
Good products and value offering in a nisch market where one compete with open source products and customer not understanding the benefits.
Cons
Top management and sales management lacks professionalism and change the rules for success. Internal politics and a very closed environment where a lot of people under perform and a few over perform. A lot of great people left the company before and after the acquisition by Synopsys who made a very bad investment over valuate the companies market potential. Will have to do a big write off.
