Pros
There is no undue pressure put on by the management, and work done is duly appreciated. Co-workers are really bright and there is something new to learn almost everyday. Top management is really solid and it is a stable company.
Cons
Growth is slower compared to other companies. It is slowly expanding its domain through acquisitions, but comparatively slow growing.
