      Pros

      good salary and okayish benefits.

      Cons

      Work is on age old projects. maintenance work. Managers harass you like anything. Not good company for freshers as mentors are not co-operative. No appreciation for work that is completed. Don't apply don't join.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
