      Excellent future outlook. In a high-demand industry that is only going to get bigger.

      Overly ambitious about their growth and wound up having to lay 10,000 humans off to cover their over spending on the Ansys acquisition.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
