Pros
Ansys was a stable, profitable, and well managed company. We had a great group of colleagues who would fight and bleed for one another. WLB was great and promoted towards employees.
Cons
After acquisition by Synopsys, the new management took over with lip service that nothing good will change. Then came the financial scandals and lawsuits against the parent company for false revenue reporting. Who gets impacted? Not leadership, but the people building the forward thinking innovative technologies.
