      There are some very different cultural differences between the sites and anything corporate. It is clear there are the haves and have-nots.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
