      Bad management of suppliers who try to dominate, bad decision making, a top down approach, not the best leadership, not ambitious or competitive

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
